as immature as this sounds, i've reached a point in my life where I question God of the purpose of my existence.
someone ten years younger said smtg that hit me hard today in church. yeah, people always say don't take kid's words seriously but how come I did.
things really aren't looking up. dang

Without knowing your purpose, life will seem tiresome, unfulfilled, and uncontrollable. Sounds bleak, huh? The difference with Christians, is that we DO know our purpose.
Knowing the purpose of your life will give your life focus and motivation, and will simplify your life as well.
Colossians 1:16 "For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him."
You were created for God's pleasure. He made you to be enjoyed by Him, and so that He could have a relationship with you. What else matters? I don't think I needa say more. The first part was taken from The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. Think you've probably heard about it before :) Trust in the Lord, buddy. He'll see you through. I'll be praying. hugs.

ruth, God has great plans for you. you cannot think otherwise just because you don't see it now. it reveals slowly, and if you give up now, then you're giving up on what is to come - greatness, blessings overflow and you fufilling His will.
